    1. Promoter

    The promoter of this prize draw is QPI Limited, located at 73 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3QQ.

    2. Eligibility

    • The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

    • Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the draw are not eligible to enter.

    • Entry is void where prohibited by law.

    3. Entry Period

    The prize draw opens on (date to be confirmed) and closes at (date to be confirmed) (“Entry Period”).

    Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

    4. How to Enter

    • To enter, participants must complete and submit the form above.

    • Only one entry per person per firm is permitted.

    5. Prize

    • The prize consists of a £250 John Lewis Gift Voucher.

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

    • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

    6. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.

    • The winner will be notified via email within 3 days.

    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    7. Publicity

    By entering, participants agree that the promoter may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the promoter’s privacy policy.

    9. Liability

    • The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

    • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw where necessary.

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
